SUP (stand up paddle boarding) is an exciting alternative for water lovers who are looking for a new thrill. You propel yourself on a large stable board in the water and use the paddle to steer. It takes some practice, but once you've got the hang of being able to balance on the board and have perfected your paddle technique, expect to be bitten by the bug and gliding across the water like a smooth operator in no time at all.
Stand up Paddle Boarding is often shortened to the acronym SUP. There are various modes of paddle boarding from simple touring trips to racing, surfing waves, and even paddle board yoga to name just a few so to avoid confusion we offer a 2 hour package (priced per person) to get you into this great sport.
We provide all the necessary equipment and expert tuition. all you need do is turn up & be able-bodied, and able to swim 50m to participate. If anyone is under 12 but over 6 all we ask is that a parent or guardian accompany them.
